Hi I'm Eliza, founder of Rest Yoga and a recovering workaholic.

I help burnt-out millennials and over-giving yoga teachers learn to Rest without guilt. I know life can feel overwhelming. A few years ago, burnout led me to a severe panic attack that landed me in the hospital. It was a wake-up call.
Since then, I’ve turned to yoga for Rest practices to heal, stay grounded, and break free from the cycle of overwork. Now, I share these life-changing tools to help you find calm in the chaos.

I hold space for millennials who give endlessly at work and at home, and yoga teachers who care for everyone else but rarely pause for themselves.
